How to install Pro Design Case Saver and Stock Front Sprocket Cover.

Things you will need:

-        Stock Front Sprocket Cover

-        Stock Front Sprocket Cover Bolts

-        Pro Design Case Saver.  You will NOT use the bolts provided with the case saver.
(Other case savers should work also)

First you will need to remove the Stock Front Sprocket Cover.

    It will look like this…

Then you need to remove the bushings in the cover.  All you need to do is push them out.

Once the bushings are out , you will need to modify to back section of the cover.

You will want to follow the line on the cover to make your cut.

You can use a cut-off wheel or dremel to do this.

This is what the cover will look like once it is cut.

Next you will insert the bushing back into the cover.
The bushings should be sticking out the back of the cover.

Here is how the Case saver will mount onto the protruding bushings on the stock cover.

Next you will use the Stock Cover bolts NOT the bolts provided with the case saver.

Here is how it will stack up:

-        Stock Bolt

-        Stock Cover

-        Case Saver

-        Case Saver Bushing/Spacer

Next you will mount the above onto the quad.

It should look like this…

Once mounted it will look like this…

Here is the finished project!
